Wool Disaster

So I bought 1kg of unwashed wool 2 years ago, and tried to get it clean, that is get most of the lanolin out of it, I thought I had succeeded, but when I pulled this project out of the cupboard from 1 year ago, it still feels all sticky, so it has to go.  I hate throwing away anything that I have put so much work into, but I have very little chance of getting the lanolin out now.  Oh well, better luck with the next batch.
